Happy 2009 and we hope you and your family had a safe and
enjoyable holiday season. There is a lot of dive activity coming up so let’s
dive right in to it.
TRAVEL;
GRAND CAYMAN,
April 30-May 4. Thursday – Monday so you don’t need to take a week vacation. We
arrive at noon and dive immediately
so there are 4 days of diving.
RT air from Bradley, 4 nights at Sunset House.com, unlimited
shore diving, 3 2-tank boat dives with a trip to north wall and stingray city,
and breakfast each morning. We bought 16 seats and as of this point 9 are
reserved. Total cost $1520 with a $300 deposit. DON’T MISS OUT.860-745-7282
EGYPT-REDSEA, Last 2 weeks in Sept. We will be
going to Cairo, cruise on the Nile,
and six days diving in Sharm El Sheik on the Red Sea. We
have 5 spots remaining, by March 1.
Equipment Maintenance
Specialty, March 4. Counts towards Master Scuba Diver Rating. Bring your
regulator for testing and see how tanks are vised. Learn how to maintain all
equipment. PRE-register.
Instructor
Development Course, Orientation March 13. Become a PADI Instructor. Course
can be attended in part or in full combined with classes in Grand
Cayman in April. Order Material ASAP.
TRAINING NOTE; I

Cayman as their PADI Course Director and will be conducting a full Instructor
Development Course and Master Scuba Diving Trainer Course April, 20-May 3.,

DIVE SHOWS
BOSTON SEA ROVERS AND PADI UPDATE; March 6-8
Join Enfield Scuba
for your PADI professional update on Fri the 6th. We leave in the
afternoon, with reservations at Legal Seafood for dinner in Copley Sq. and
attend the evening update. Staff, and DM’s in training. All are welcome and
non-divers…..shop on in the square.
Beneath the Sea, March
27-29. Meadowlands NJ.
So, there is plenty to keep everyone busy with dive
activities. We are looking forward to another great year.
Thanks to John G. who keeps it all managed and John B. who
keeps all those regulators maintained.
